Dr. Shannon W. Caudill is an executive coach and leadership consultant at Sally Williamson & Associates, Atlanta, GA (https://sallywilliamson.com/). During his 25-year Air Force career, he served as the commander of three security forces squadrons (one in combat) with organizations ranging from 95 to over 700 people and was the Deputy Chairman of Air Command and Staff College’s Leadership and Strategy Department. His research and writing have been published in peer reviewed journals and he is the editor and co-author of the three-volume Air University Press book series: Defending Air Bases in an Age of Insurgency. Dr. Caudill earned his doctorate in executive leadership from the University of Charleston in 2022 and is a George Walker Executive Leadership Fellow. He lives in Powder Springs, Georgia, with his wife, Corinna, and children, Thomas (15) and Nicholas (11).
