Peyton Cleveland is a Senior Software Engineer at Omni Federal, where he leads the AI/ML team building practical, forward-thinking solutions with Generative AI. Over the past three years, he has led the development of numerous applications that integrate AI to modernize training, streamline mission planning, and automate complex workflows across government and defense environments.

Before joining Omni, Peyton served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, where he was assigned to BESPIN, the software factory for PEO Business and Enterprise Systems (BES). While there, he created and led the development of Digital University, a platform that transformed how Airmen access digital skills training and professional development resources. He continues to serve as the Operations Flight Commander in the Air National Guard’s 187th Communications Squadron, following a prior assignment with the 280th Special Operations Communications Squadron.

With a background that bridges software engineering, military operations, and AI innovation, Peyton is passionate about building tools that make advanced technologies more accessible and impactful, especially in the context of education and national defense
