Maj Weston Fulfer
ACSC Fellow and iRTF Instructor
Major Weston Fulfer serves as an instructor for the Innovation Research Task Force at AUiX. In addition to his role at AUiX, Weston is an Air University Fellow and Instructor in the Department of Joint Warfighting at the United States Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College (ACSC). He earned his commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2009 and holds a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air Command & Staff College. A senior pilot with more than 3,900 hours, Major Fulfer flew the C-130H, MC-12W, and E-8C. He has flown over 2,000 combat hours in support of Operation New Dawn/Enduring Freedom. From 2021-2022, Major Fulfer was an instructor at Officer Training School. Last year, he completed the Innovation Research Task Force as a student where his team partnered with the Montgomery Public Schools to organize a leadership outreach initiative aimed at improving community connections and provide students a deeper understanding of military life.
