Megan Allison
Megan Allison, USAF serves as the Director of the Air University Leadership & Innovation Institute and the Director of Air University’s Quality Enhancement Plan, Leadership and Ethics across a Continuum of Learning. A command pilot with more than 3,000 hours, she served in various squadron, group and wing positions, flying the C-21A, C-17, MQ-1, MQ-9, and C-146. She commanded the 27th Special Operations Support Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base and served on the Strategic Command Staff. She is a 1998 graduate of the Reserve Officer Training corps program at the University of Virginia and holds two masters degrees (Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in National Security & Strategic Studies). She is a certified master innovator & coach with the University of Michigan as well as Design Thinking through Stanford University’s d.school. Additionally, she is certified in MBTI Step II, TalentSmart’s Emotional Intelligence Levels I & II and Harvard’s Emotional Intelligence in Leadership. She is trained in Giant Worldwide’s 5 Gears & 5 Voices. She’s certified as an executive coach through the University of San Diego.
