Chief, Events & Outreach Lab

DeVanté serves as Chief of Events & Outreach for AUiX. He is a Consultant, Program Manager at Gibraltar Solutions Development Company, an economic research and development firm based in Montgomery, Alabama.

With success in automotive sales at Orr Motors of Troy, Inc. – Pike County Ford, Mr. Snell realized that he had a unique gift for connecting with people based on his principles of life and business. This early success in sales led to him being recruited by New York Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 Company and one of the most respected financial companies in America. Collectively at New York Life, he won several high-performance awards such as the 2019 Current Class Case Rate Leader Award, Career Success Award, Life Producer Award, and having his name engraved in the Montgomery General Office Wall of Fame for his successful contributions. He produced $15.7Million-Dollars in life insurance face amount issued in the marketplace – servicing small business owners, their leadership team and employees, young professionals, established families, and pre-retirees.

DeVanté formed Snell Insurance Group in 2020, where he served as an independent insurance broker contracted with a plethora of life insurance and annuity carriers. During this time, he produced $5.9Million-Dollars in life insurance face amount issued in the marketplace. In 2021, Mr. Snell pivoted his career in financial services into the banking sector, serving as a Senior Relationship Banker at Truist Bank. He worked closely with all consumers, affluent clients, and a handful of wealthy clients to meet their financial needs, investment needs, and serving as a Loan Officer to service lending needs.
