LEDx Kobayashi was the 6th annual LEDx (Leadership Educational Development eXperience) Conference. LEDx always features a diverse group of leaders from military, academia, and community sectors who engage in thought provoking discussions that inspire, inform, and initiate new conversations.

This one-day event, Wednesday, 30 October was be held at The Eagle Instiute, located in the historic Kress Building in the heart of Downtown Montgomery. This event focused on leadership, innovation, and strategy. LEDx:Kobayashi alludes to the famous “Kobayashi Maru” from Star Trek, a no-win scenario designed to test the character and decision-making of Starfleet cadets. In Japanese, “Kobayashi” means “small forest,” symbolizing a place of strategic contemplation and growth.
