Colonel David B. Woodley is an Instructor and Wargaming Director at the Air War College. Col Woodley provides graduate-level instruction to senior military officers, inter-agency civilians, and international military students. He designs course requirements and instructional methodologies, produces syllabi, and teaches in the classroom. As wargaming director, Col Woodley leads Air War College’s effort to incorporate wargaming across the entire Air War College curriculum.
