Kyle A. Robinette is the Course Director for the Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) Leadership Course at the United States Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Maxwell-Gunter AFB, Alabama. Mr. Robinette is responsible for the curriculum, faculty development, course design, and orchestration of the CMSgt Leadership Course. This offering is designed to develop Chief Master Sergeants into strategic-level leaders and inspire them to effectively lead, manage, and mentor today’s Airmen.
Mr. Robinette served 29 years in the United States Air Force and retired in the grade of Chief Master Sergeant. He has worked extensively in all core functions within the Services career field at Wing, Numbered Air Force, Major Command, and Headquarters USAF assignments, to include roles as Major Command Functional Manager and Career Field Manager. He also served as a contingency planner where he led expeditionary site planning teams throughout Africa and Europe; and as both a Flight instructor and Vice Commandant in two separate tours at the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy. He has deployed in support of numerous contingency operations and major exercises throughout his career and retired from Active duty in June 2016. Prior to his current position, Mr. Robinette was the Director of Education for the CMSgt Leadership Course at the United States Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
