Deputy Director of Operations

Major Ferreira serves as the Deputy Director for Operations at Air University’s Innovation Accelerator (AUiX). She earned her commission from the University of Notre Dame in 2009, earning Bachelor’s degrees in Japanese and Psychology. She is an Intelligence Officer, and has worked in the 480 ISRW at Beale AFB and Osan AB, at 7AF/A2 in Osan AB, and at AFRICOM J2-ISR at RAF Molesworth, UK. At her last assignment, she taught Air Force ROTC at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, instructing over 100 officer candidates in leadership, communication, and followership, as well as USAF/USSF doctrine, strategy, history, and core values.
