Chief, Program Management and Operations

Tony Montelepre serves as the lead for the Advanced Capabilities and Programs Lab, where he is devoted to improving operational efficiency to enhance the warfighter’s ability to accomplish the mission.

Tony enlisted in the Air Force in 1991 and earned his commission through the ROTC program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1998 as an Airfield Operations Officer. He commanded at the squadron level and throughout his career gained extensive experience in tactical and strategic planning, operational requirements, and leadership development.

Tony holds master’s degrees in Aviation Administration and Military Operational Art and Science and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, reflecting his dedication to individuals’ physical fitness, overall well-being and improved performance.
