Taisa Ballantyne is a senior organizational change manager at AIMCo and is passionate about the people side of change. As a change and innovation practitioner, Taisa designs strategies to enhance how fast (adoption), how many (utilization), and how well (proficiency) individuals and groups adapt to new solutions and systems.

Taisa also holds an MSt Social Innovation from Cambridge University. Inspired by her extensive experiences in over 60 countries, Taisa enjoys coaching socially-conscience businesses and helps teams design and culturally adapt innovation processes to be more inclusive of minority ethnocultural groups.
